Designed with an Environmental Conscience

After studying dozens of successful art centers across the country such as Artist Trust and Studios on the Park, OCAC's founders designed a plan for a center that will meet the community's needs and have built-in streams of revenue to ensure the center's longevity.

Our concept is for a 10,000 sq. ft. facility, comprised of several buildings, which will include art studio space, classrooms, an exhibition gallery, and ceramics department. Outdoor areas will be created for additional education and work spaces. Designed with an environmental conscience, OC Arts Center is sure to be a unique place that brings the community together and supports the arts as an integral part of our culture.
