Private and Shared Studio Rental

Part of our mission is to provide studio space for emerging and established artists. Plans for the OC Arts Center include 10-12 private studio spaces, approximately 150 square feet each. The plan also includes a larger studio space intended for shared use. Rates for these private and shared spaces have not been determined.

Studio spaces will be available on a first come, first served basis to artists that meet specific criteria.

We are currently in the process of locating spaces to lease. If you're interested in renting private or shared studio space, please inquire by completing our Studio Space Survey. Your input will help us determine feasibility of location, and you will be notified when studio space becomes available. Completing the survey does not obligate you to rent space.
